What is a Therapy Intensive?

  • A Therapy Intensive is a personalized treatment plan that allows you to bypass traditional waitlists and receive timely access to specialized care. I work with your preferred schedule and timeline.

  • Therapy Intensives are structured to give you more concentrated time for healing. Instead of the standard 50-minute sessions, intensives involve a combination of 90 minute, 120 minute and/or180 minute sessions each day, which can be scheduled for one day or multiple days. This format allows us to dive deeply into your presenting concerns without the interruptions of shorter sessions.

Therapy Intensives streamline the therapeutic process. This means less time spent on routine check-ins or on addressing current crises that are less relevant once healing progresses. Instead, we concentrate on the core issues and integrating your new insights and shifts into your day-to-day life.

How do I schedule an Intensive session?

  • Schedule a free 15 minute consultation.  Connect with Tracey to determine if an intensive is right for you. This brief conversation will help you gauge if intensive therapy meets your goals.

  • Schedule your Initial 90 minute Pre-intensive Interview. During this session we will review your history, note challenges you want to address and  collaborate to create a treatment plan that will be the roadmap to your treatment process and progress.

Engage in intensive therapy sessions. A total of 10 to 20 hours, spread over 2 to 8 weeks. Your commitment, combined with the Intensive approach, will guide you toward achieving your desired outcomes and healing.
