Once we have received your application & supporting document(s), our billing team will contact you with your approved sliding scale session rate & your appointment will be scheduled based on clinician availability.
In order to determine if a client qualifies for the sliding fee scale, proof of income is required.
For proof of income you can submit your previous year’s taxes, W-2’s or 2 of your most recent paystubs. These can be uploaded through our client portal. Please ask us about how to upload documents to the portal if you need support.
Once submitted, please email billing@princetonmindbody.com so we can review your documents and let you know the cost of your sessions.
*Fees are as of January 1st, 2025, and are adjusted periodically - available to clients without insurance

*The sliding scale program has limited availability and may not always be available.
*Case Management is not eligible for sliding scale rates. Case Management sessions are $50 per session.
