What is the Sibling Support Group ?

Our Sibling Support Group is a weekly, clinician-led group designed for adolescents who have neurodivergent siblings. This group offers a supportive and affirming space where teens can explore their unique experiences, emotions, and family dynamics in the presence of peers who understand.

Siblings of neurodivergent children often navigate complex feelings, shifting family roles, and responsibilities that may go unspoken. This group provides an opportunity to share openly, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional resilience while feeling seen and supported.

The group meets Wednesday evenings from 7:00–8:00 PM at our office located at 245 C Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ.

How do I sign up ?

To join the Sibling Support Group or to see if the group is a good fit, please contact the group facilitators directly. They are happy to answer questions and provide additional information about enrollment.
